This his weeks guest is Angie Knight, Director of the Marian Hope Center in Independence Missouri.  Angie has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities for 14 years.  Angie is also speaking at Nature's Pantry at our 3rd Annual Celiac Education Seminar on September 11th.  Her lecture is entitled, "Raising a Healthy Gluten Free Kid in a Unhealthy Gluten World."

Welcome to the 1st episode of Nature's Pantry Radio.  This week's guest is enzyme expert Karen DeFelice who will be our keynote speaker at Nature's Pantry 3rd Annual Celiac Education Seminar on Sept 10th & 11th.  Karen is the author of 2 books on enzymes,"Enzymes for Autism & other Neurological Disorders" and "Enzymes: Go with Your Gut"  She has worked the last 28 years in education and biological sciences, writing numerous education publications and technical documents.  She is a pioneer in the practical uses of enzymes and teaches on enzymes, digestive health, supplements, diets and other practical tips for improving health.
